Twinkle Khanna was the first choice for the role of ‘Tina’ from the film ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ which later she turned down and then it went to Rani Mukherjee.

Kareena was called on board for the role of ‘Naina’ which was eventually played by Preity Zinta. Kareena was offered first for this role but she ask for a huge pay and then this movie went to preity Zinta.


3. Hrithik Roshan

While writing the character of Akash from the film ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ farhan thought of taking Hrithik Roshan but the actor rejected the movie which turned out to be a big blockkbuster.

4. Salman Khan

Salman was the original choice for the role of Bajirao from the film ‘Bajirao Mastani’ but it eventually went to Ranveer Singh and we doubt if it became a hit if it was done by Salman himself.

Shahrukh Khan was the original choice for the role of Munna bhai but thank god he rejected it because we can’t imagine Shahrukh playing the role of Munna bhai other than sanjay dutt.

Shahrukh Khan essayed it really well as a pissed off coach who trains indian girls for gearing up for international hockey team. Whereas, salman was the original choice for his character but we didn’t think it will quite fit the bill if he played SRK’s character.
